At D&D Tyres, we’re proud to move with the times — and that means we now offer electric vehicle (EV) servicing right here in Nantwich, Cheshire.

Whether you drive a fully electric car or a hybrid, regular servicing is essential to keep it running safely, efficiently, and within warranty. Our team has the tools, knowledge, and training to carry out EV maintenance to the highest standard.

While there may not be any exhaust checks, gearbox checks, or engine oil changes  in battery electric vehicle servicing, you still have to check things like the condition of the drive chain, the electric motor, and (crucially) the health of the EV battery.

As such, we would not recommend that you attempt an electric motor vehicle service yourself. While there are fewer moving parts to an electric motor vehicle, they still have many elements that still need servicing.
